The company is authorized to non-publicly issue corporate bonds totaling no more than 1.1 billion yuan to professional investors, underwritten by Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. and CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. This bond will be issued in installments, and the company will organize the issuance within 12 months from the date of this letter, in accordance with the relevant documents submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
