According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ankura announced that the company's shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Chen Xiaohui, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.6736 million shares, or no more than 1% of the total shares of the company, through centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from November 24, 2025, to February 23, 2026)
