BAOFENG ENERGY announced that the company will implement a share repurchase starting from May 14, 2025, with an expected amount of 1 billion to 2 billion yuan, for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. As of the end of October, a total of 60.5934 million shares have been repurchased, accounting for 0.83% of the total share capital, with a total payment amount of 999.9012 million yuan, and the repurchase price range is 15.90 yuan/share - 17.44 yuan/share. No repurchase was conducted in October, and the progress is in line with the established plan
