Dcenti: Plans to transfer 47% equity of Guangdong Weima for 47.47 million yuan and adjust the guarantee period

Dcenti announced that the company's fifth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 will be held on November 12 at 14:30, during which two proposals will be reviewed. The first is to transfer 47% of its equity in Guangdong Weima for 47.47 million yuan to Anhui Pengze, after which the shareholding will be reduced to 19.85%; the second is to adjust the remaining guarantee period to February 28, 2026, as Guangdong Weima will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements after the equity transfer, with the current guarantee balance at 74.7764 million yuan.
