BOOMY: Plans to distribute a differentiated dividend of 5.1047 million yuan in mid-2025

BOOMY announced that the company will implement a share repurchase plan from 2023 to 2024. As of July 18, 2024, a total of 833,708 shares have been repurchased, accounting for 0.82% of the total share capital, with a payment of RMB 29.9965 million. On June 19, 2025, 738,000 shares will be transferred to the employee stock ownership plan, with 95,708 shares held in the repurchase special account. According to regulations, repurchased shares do not participate in profit distribution. The company plans to implement differentiated dividends in the mid-term of 2025. Based on the total share capital on the equity registration date, a cash dividend of RMB 0.50 will be distributed for every 10 shares, with a total cash dividend amount of RMB 5.1047 million. The sponsor believes that this dividend distribution does not violate any regulations or harm the interests of shareholders
