TOMSON GROUP's Tang Zijia spent 5.88 million to purchase Tianyu parking spaces

Henderson Land (00012.HK) and New World (00017.HK) have collaborated on the development of the first phase of The Sky Mansion in Mid-Levels West, which has recently seen Tomson Group (00258.HK) Vice Chairman and Executive Director Tom Chi Kar purchase a parking space for HKD 5.88 million.

It is reported that a double-numbered parking space on the first floor of The Sky Mansion was sold last month for HKD 5.88 million, making it the second highest price in the area, just behind a double-numbered parking space on the second floor of the same district that changed hands for HKD 6 million in March 2023.

The agent indicated that the buyer of the parking space is Tom Chi Kar, whose name in both Chinese and English matches that of the late founder of Tomson Group, Tong Kwan Nian's son, suggesting they are the same person
