Mainland Chongqing noodle brand "Encounter Little Noodles" plans to conduct a pre-IPO roadshow as early as this month, expecting to raise USD 100 million to 200 million. The company intends to issue no more than 235 million overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Currently, there are 374 restaurants in 22 cities in mainland China and 6 in Hong Kong, with plans to add 170 to 200 self-operated and franchised restaurants by 2027. According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 6th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a filing notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of shares of Guangzhou Yujian Xiaomian Catering Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" of its unlisted shares in the domestic market. The company plans to issue no more than 235 million overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The news indicates that Yujian Xiaomian is expected to start its pre-listing roadshow as early as this month, aiming to raise between 100 million to 200 million USD. Currently, Yujian Xiaomian has not uploaded the post-hearing information set.
Preliminary prospectus documents show that Yujian Xiaomian has 374 restaurants in 22 cities in mainland China, 6 branches in Hong Kong, and another 64 new stores in preparation. Yujian Xiaomian stated that it plans to open 120 to 150 new stores in 2025, an additional 150 to 180 in 2026, and another 170 to 200 self-operated and franchised restaurants in 2027.
The company also completed a B+ round of financing in 2021, with pre-listing shareholders including BEST FOOD HLDG (01488), Country Garden (02007), Jiumaojiu (09922), the founder of Xijia De Dumplings Gao Defu, Qingchong Capital, and Hony Capital, among others. (ul)
