ChinaSoft International has reached a strategic cooperation with DeepOpen Hong and LOONGSON TECHNOLOGY

ChinaSoft International (00354.HK) announced that it recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development (Shenzhen Kaihong) and Loongson Technology, planning to jointly create a full-link autonomous Longhong system centered on "Open Source Harmony + LoongArch." The focus will be on the deep adaptation of "LoongArch chips + KaihongOS," optimizing the operational performance of the Loongson platform, ensuring software and hardware stability, promoting deep binding at the chip level, and formulating a joint technology roadmap.

The three parties will establish a joint technical research team to conduct research and development around key areas such as kernel adaptation, driver development, performance optimization, security reinforcement, and AI empowerment. They will build a technology verification and testing platform and launch edge computing gateways, AI terminals, and industry-customized solutions for core scenarios such as industrial control, government affairs, and smart living. The parties plan to prioritize the implementation of domestic projects in key cities such as Shenzhen, Beijing, and Jiangsu, while simultaneously laying out overseas markets, aiming to enhance the international competitiveness of domestic basic software and hardware
