SMART FISH potential investment in short drama business platform 40%

SMART FISH (00139.HK) announced that it has entered into a strategic investment memorandum of understanding with an independent third party, under which the company plans to invest in up to 40% equity of Zhejiang Chuhai Digital Technology, which actively operates in the online short drama industry and has launched short drama business platforms such as "Bai Chuan," "Ju Xing," and "GoSee," covering more than twenty countries worldwide
