HUITONGDA NET dismisses Vice President and Board Secretary Ni Juan for concealing violations

HUITONGDA NET (09878.HK) issued a statement clarifying that Ni Juan is no longer serving in any senior management position at the company. The board of directors passed a resolution on September 15 of this year to dismiss Ni Juan from her position as vice president and board secretary. The announcement stated that it was recently discovered that Ni Juan had made statements in the capacity of vice president and board secretary after the termination of her employment.

The announcement mentioned that Ni Juan was appointed as vice president and board secretary by the board of directors on September 20, 2023, but she concealed violations at the Xinjiang Securities Regulatory Bureau and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and during this period, she did not report or present relevant facts to the human resources department
