Chairman of JINGCHENG MAC resigns

JINGCHENG MAC (00187.HK) announced that Li Junjie has applied to resign from the positions of Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Member and Chairman of the Board's Strategic Committee, Member of the Board's Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and the authorized representative as stipulated in Article 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules due to job changes, effective from yesterday (24th).

After Li Junjie's resignation, he will not hold any positions in the company and its subsidiaries
