CENTRAL DEV H (00475.HK) announced that it will issue 87.5 million shares to Hanhai Capital (wholly owned by executive director Hu Yangjun), equivalent to a 17.51% increase in post-expansion share capital, capitalizing a loan principal of 35 million yuan. The price per share is set at 0.4 yuan, representing a discount of 3.61% compared to the closing price on the previous trading day (28th)
