TEAMWAY INTL GP (01239.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 39.4561 million new shares to an independent third party, equivalent to 9.09% of the enlarged share capital; the price per share is HKD 0.341, representing a premium of 8.25% over today's (10th) closing price. The net proceeds of HKD 13.4 million are intended for general working capital
