Changying Group (Holdings) (00689.HK) announced that on December 19, its wholly-owned subsidiary EPI ESG Investment provided a loan of NZD 1.65 million (approximately HKD 7.43 million) to an independent third party, Lion Yang (the borrower), with a term of six months and an annual interest rate of 8%
