Zhenyu TECH announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Suzhou Vanster has signed a strategic cooperation letter of intent with the Suzhou Science and Technology City Management Committee, planning to invest no less than 1 billion yuan to build core components for new energy vehicle drive assemblies, low-altitude aircraft drive assemblies, and embodied humanoid robot drive assemblies, namely the Vanster Phase III project. In addition, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Martin Embodied Robot Technology Co., Ltd. has signed an investment agreement with the People's Government of Xidian Town, Ninghai County, planning to invest 1 billion yuan to build a humanoid robot precision module and component industrialization project
