Zhenyu TECH: Subsidiaries plan to invest 1 billion yuan each to build industrialization projects for humanoid robot precision modules and components, as well as core components for embodied humanoid robot drive assemblies

Zhenyu TECH announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Suzhou Vanster has signed a strategic cooperation letter of intent with the Suzhou Science and Technology City Management Committee, planning to invest no less than 1 billion yuan to build core components for new energy vehicle drive assemblies, low-altitude aircraft drive assemblies, and embodied humanoid robot drive assemblies, namely the Vanster Phase III project. In addition, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Martin Embodied Robot Technology Co., Ltd. has signed an investment agreement with the People's Government of Xidian Town, Ninghai County, planning to invest 1 billion yuan to build a humanoid robot precision module and component industrialization project
