NEW HIGHER EDU's affiliated entity Yunai Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Zhongyuan Trust

NEW HIGHER EDU (02001.HK) announced that its comprehensive affiliated entity, Yunai Group, has entered into a cooperation agreement with Zhongyuan Trust to jointly develop a trust plan, under which Yunai Group will pay a total of no more than RMB 430 million (the same below) to Zhongyuan Trust. Zhongyuan Trust will act as the trustee and manager of the trust, responsible for providing financial services to Yunai Group, including but not limited to asset management, financial advisory services, and risk management advisory services. Zhongyuan Trust will not participate in the funding of the trust and will primarily benefit the company through its advantages in financing.

The group stated that the target capital scale of the trust plan will be RMB 700 million
