CYPC: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 5.138 billion, with a payout of RMB 2.10 for every 10 shares

Yangtze Power announced that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the period from January to September 2025 was 28.193 billion yuan (unaudited). The 50th meeting of the sixth board of directors reviewed and approved the mid-term profit distribution plan for 2025, which will distribute a cash dividend of 2.10 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares based on a total share capital of 24.468 billion shares, totaling a cash dividend distribution of 5.138 billion yuan (including tax). This plan has been authorized by the company's 2024 annual shareholders' meeting and can be implemented after being approved by the board of directors
