According to the Economic Daily, "Central Peak" developed in collaboration by PCPD (00432.HK) and CSI PROPERTIES (00497.HK) has sold a unit on the 17th floor, Room A, today (27th) for HKD 43.218 million. The unit is a three-bedroom layout with a usable area of 1,029 square feet, priced at HKD 42,000 per square foot. This marks the fourth unit sold in the project within a week, cashing out nearly HKD 200 million.

The project is currently launching another three-bedroom unit, located on the 19th floor, Room A, with a usable area of 1,029 square feet, which will be auctioned this Friday (30th). The auction unit faces southeast, offering a view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. The kitchen features a galley design, catering to the living needs of family clients, equipped with top German brand Poggenpohl cabinets and international luxury home standard Gaggenau appliances, including a wine cabinet and teppanyaki grill.
