Guotai Haitong (02611.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company for the fiscal year 2025 to be between RMB 27.533 billion and RMB 28.006 billion, an increase of 111%-115% compared to the previous year. During the year, the domestic capital market's activity and prosperity improved, and the company actively seized market opportunities, achieving record highs in asset scale and operating performance, with significant growth in revenue from wealth management, institutional, and trading businesses.
