The official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission shows that Huaan Fund, Huitianfu Fund, and CICC Fund have officially submitted the first batch of commercial real estate REITs. The submitted products are the Huaan Jinjiang Closed-end Commercial Real Estate Securities Investment Fund, Huitianfu Shanghai Real Estate Closed-end Commercial Real Estate Securities Investment Fund, and CICC Vipshop Closed-end Commercial Real Estate Securities Investment Fund
