JBB BUILDERS (01903.HK) announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Chengdu Jianfu Convenience Store Management, a retail and convenience store business in Sichuan Province, from an independent third party, Xiamen Jianfu. The latter operates 65 directly-operated stores and 30 franchised stores, offering a range of products including daily necessities, fresh fruits and vegetables, pre-packaged foods, health products, and medical devices, for a cash consideration of 120 million RMB
