Documents show that EASTROC BEVERAGE raised HKD 10.1 billion (USD 1.3 billion) by issuing stocks in Hong Kong, with the issue price set at the upper limit of the offering range. 40.9 million shares were sold at a price of HKD 248 per share. (Bloomberg)
