GAODI HOLDINGS (01676.HK) announced that it has signed a memorandum of cooperation with METASPACEX (01796.HK). According to this, both parties plan to establish a project company dedicated to operating cooperative businesses. METASPACEX will provide technical services, including developing public blockchains, electronic wallets, blockchain browsers, and cryptocurrency trading platforms for clients; and will also provide consulting services related to obtaining cryptocurrency exchange licenses
