APEX ACE HLDG invested 65.3 million to increase its stake in electronic components by 18%
APEX ACE HLDG (06036.HK) announced the acquisition of an 18% stake in Data Star Inc. from related parties for a consideration of HKD 65.296 million, including HKD 46.8 million in cash and HKD 18.496 million through the issuance of promissory notes. Upon completion, the company's shareholding in Data Star Inc. will increase to 90%, which engages in the sale of electronic components through its subsidiaries
