FIRST TRACTOR invested 23 million RMB to purchase cylinder block and cylinder head warehouse, spare parts warehouse, and AGV conveyor system construction services

FIRST TRACTOR (00038.HK) announced that Beiqi Institute has won the public tender for the non-road National V diesel engine industrialization project of YTO Diesel Engine - cylinder block and cylinder head storage, parts storage, and machining line AGV transportation system. Yesterday (3rd), Beiqi Institute and YTO Diesel Engine signed an industrial product sales contract, under which YTO Diesel Engine will procure construction services for the cylinder block and cylinder head storage (including AGV automated transportation system and environmental protection system), parts storage, and machining line AGV transportation system from Beiqi Institute, with a total price of 23 million yuan.

The company stated that by implementing this project, it will automate and upgrade its existing production lines. These measures aim to improve the product quality of tractor parts, meet capacity demands, and support the company's high-quality development. The group expects Beiqi Institute to build a first-class automated transportation system and automated warehouse to assist in upgrading the company's existing production lines
