REALORD GROUP signs strategic cooperation to expand in the mobile gaming sector
REALORD GROUP (01196.HK) announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with independent third party Gao Lianjun, aiming to establish a framework for strategic cooperation to enable the group to enter the mobile gaming business. According to the strategic cooperation, Mr. Gao will be responsible for forming an operational team and developing a business plan for the collaboration, including the overall business strategy for mobile games, the game release roadmap, and funding requirements
