
The scale of domestic bond issuance by securities firms within the year exceeded 419.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 458%
As of February 6 this year, 28 securities firms have issued a total of 157 bonds, raising an amount of 419.35 billion yuan, an increase of 457.65% compared to the same period last year. Among them, there are 97 securities company bonds, raising 293.53 billion yuan; 18 securities company subordinated bonds, raising 46.62 billion yuan; and 42 securities company short-term financing bonds, raising 79.2 billion yuan. Since February alone, several securities firms have been approved to issue large bonds worth over 10 billion yuan. For example, Southwest Securities has been approved to issue no more than 14 billion yuan in corporate bonds; CICC has been approved to issue no more than 20 billion yuan in corporate bonds with a maturity of over one year, as well as no more than 15 billion yuan in short-term corporate bonds.
