According to news from "Nanjing Release," at the 2026 city-wide conference on optimizing the business environment, the "Nanjing 2026 Action Plan for Optimizing the Business Environment" (referred to as the "Action Plan") was officially released. This "Action Plan" focuses on four major dimensions: optimizing enterprise services, enhancing government efficiency, strengthening factor collaboration, and deepening institutional innovation, introducing twelve specific measures. These include innovatively launching the "Low-altitude Flight One-stop Service" and cultivating and expanding commercial low-altitude application scenarios such as "Low-altitude + Logistics," "Low-altitude + Cultural Tourism," and "Cross-river + Logistics."
