Midland Realty stated that the company recently facilitated the second-hand transaction of a property at the Sheung Shui Fish River Single Number House, which has a usable area of approximately 3,344 square feet. The property was sold by the owner for HKD 28.5 million, with a price per usable square foot of approximately HKD 8,523.
It is understood that the buyer is a property upgrader from outside the area, who is optimistic about the future development of the Northern Metropolis area and has negotiated the price for personal use
