CIFI's contract sales in February fell by 67.1% year-on-year

CIFI HOLD GP (00884.HK) announced that the contract sales amount for February (including contract sales from joint ventures and associates) was approximately RMB 530 million (same below) with a contract sales area of about 54,200 square meters, and the average contract sales price was approximately RMB 10,000 per square meter, with the shareholders' equity attributable to the contract sales amounting to approximately RMB 230 million.

In the first two months, the group recorded cumulative contract sales (including contract sales from joint ventures and associates) amounting to approximately RMB 1.26 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 63.2%. The contract sales area was approximately 125,700 square meters, with an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 10,600 per square meter, and the shareholders' equity attributable to the contract sales amounting to approximately RMB 560 million
