KINGLAND GROUP (01751.HK) announced a proposed rights issue to issue 96.768 million shares; the subscription price is HKD 1.58, equivalent to the closing price on the last trading day (6th). The maximum fundraising amount is HKD 153 million, with a net amount of HKD 148 million intended for fulfilling the performance bond requirements of engineering agreements and covering preliminary project costs
