It was listed for HKD 8.8 million and attracted inquiries from buyers in the same district about two months later. The parties agreed on a price of HKD 8.8 million without negotiation, resulting in a price per usable square foot of approximately HKD 16,858.

Data shows that the original owner purchased the aforementioned unit in March 2008 for about HKD 3.36 million, resulting in a paper profit of approximately HKD 5.44 million upon resale, with the unit appreciating about 1.6 times during the holding period
