Seazen's contract sales in February amounted to 1.223 billion RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 37.6%

Seazen (01030.HK) announced that in February 2026, the group achieved a contract sales amount of approximately RMB 1.223 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 37.6%, with a contract sales area of approximately 186,800 square meters.

In the first two months of this year, the cumulative contract sales amount was approximately RMB 1.937 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 35%, with a cumulative sales area of approximately 334,600 square meters.

In terms of real estate leasing, in February this year, the group had a total of 179 leased properties, with a total construction area of approximately 16.524 million square meters; the rental income in February was approximately RMB 1.071 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.9%; the commercial operating income was approximately RMB 1.148 billion (including tax rental income), a year-on-year increase of 1.9%.

In the first two months of this year, the cumulative rental income was approximately RMB 2.192 billion, a year-on-year increase of 2.67%; the cumulative commercial operating income was approximately RMB 2.349 billion (including tax rental income), a year-on-year increase of 2.62%
