
The China Securities Association released the "Key Position Competency Model Series for Securities Companies (Investment Advisor Category)"
The "Model" focuses on the characteristics of investment advisory positions in the context of wealth management transformation. It systematically organizes content around job responsibilities, competency requirements, and development paths, forming a competency model framework that includes three levels (junior, intermediate, and senior) and covers four dimensions: professional capabilities, general capabilities, professional ethics, and compliance requirements, totaling 17 competency items. Additionally, it provides a tiered training system covering the entire career cycle of investment advisors, along with 33 supporting courses and outlines, offering a reference for securities companies to improve their investment advisory talent development. The "Model" serves as a guiding and universal template, providing foundational methodologies and a guiding framework. Each securities company can localize its application and secondary development based on its strategic positioning, client structure, and resource endowment, and make dynamic adjustments according to different stages of business development
