"Profit Warning" Y.T. REALTY estimates full-year loss to increase to 330 million to 370 million yuan
Y.T. REALTY (00075.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of between 330 million and 370 million yuan for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a profit of 4 million yuan in the previous year. The increase in losses is mainly due to a decrease in gross profit from property sales and an increase in selling expenses, although this is partially offset by a reduction in financial costs
