NANFANG COMM (01617.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit for the fiscal year 2025 to be between RMB 28 million and RMB 31 million, compared to RMB 39.9 million recorded in the previous year. The decrease in profit is mainly due to reduced government funding and the recognition of additional depreciation on properties
