Tongrentang Healthcare Postpones Hong Kong IPO, Remains Committed to Timely Completion of Global Offering and Listing
Beijing Tongrentang Healthcare Investment Co., Ltd. (Tongrentang Healthcare, 2667.HK) announced in a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, after considering multiple factors including the current market environment, the company has now decided to postpone its global offering and its listing plan on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The international underwriting agreement corresponding to this international offering will not be signed, and the underwriting agreement for the Hong Kong public offering will therefore not take effect. The announcement stated, "The Company remains committed to completing the global offering and listing in due course."
