FANTASIA's 2025 Revenue Increases 7.7%, Overseas Debt Restructuring Approved by Court and Enters Execution Phase

On the evening of March 27, FANTASIA Holdings disclosed its 2025 annual performance announcement. During the period, the company achieved revenue of 4.925 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%, mainly driven by the growth in both property development and operating services revenue. Insiders at FANTASIA indicated that the company's revenue growth in 2025 was primarily due to an increase in property deliveries. Property development revenue increased by 18.6% year-on-year to approximately RMB 1.889 billion; concurrently, property operating services revenue continued to grow against the trend by 3.3% to approximately RMB 2.791 billion. However, dragged down by the overall industry downturn, property impairments, and high financing costs, the net loss attributable to the parent company for the full year widened to 9.186 billion yuan.
