GOLDSTONE CAP's controlling shareholder sells 8.43% for a consideration of 8 million yuan
GOLDSTONE CAP (01160.HK) announced that its controlling shareholder Evergreen Goldstone sold 20 million shares to independent third party Xu Lin, accounting for approximately 8.43% of the company's equity, for a total consideration of HKD 8 million. After the completion, Evergreen Goldstone's shareholding in the company will decrease from 37.14% to 28.71%
