CHINA SANDI expects its losses last year to narrow to approximately RMB 650 million at most
CHINA SANDI (00910.HK) expects to record a loss of approximately RMB 500 million to RMB 650 million in the fiscal year 2025, a significant reduction of about 84% to 87.7% compared to the loss of approximately RMB 4.055 billion in the fiscal year 2024. The decrease in expected losses is mainly due to a substantial reduction in the fair value loss of investment properties, from approximately RMB 3.87 billion in the fiscal year 2024 to about RMB 305 million in the fiscal year 2025
