DAISHOMICROLINE's major shareholder is potentially transferring 17.36% of its shares
DAISHOMICROLINE (00567.HK) announced that its major shareholder Spring Global (wholly owned by Mr. Wu Wencan) is in discussions with a potential buyer regarding the possible sale of a 17.36% stake in the company, involving 280 million shares. Once completed, Spring Global will no longer hold any shares, and Mr. Wu will continue to hold 426 million shares, accounting for 26.41% of the company's equity
