MINIEYE expects revenue of 760 million in 2025: revenue from autonomous vehicles is 65 million, completing its first overseas exploration

The financial report shows that MINIEYE's revenue for 2025 was 759 million yuan, an increase of 16% compared to 654 million yuan in the same period last year; MINIEYE's revenue from L4 autonomous vehicles and operational business reached 65 million yuan in 2025, with a 450% quarter-on-quarter growth in the second half of 2025 compared to the first half, and successfully completed its first overseas exploration. Since the official launch of the "Xiao Zhu Autonomous Vehicle" brand in September 2025, MINIEYE has collaborated with customers on 6,000 unmanned logistics vehicles, accurately empowering diverse scenario needs in express delivery, cold chain, agricultural wholesale, auto parts, supermarkets, hotels, and more, with implementations in 18 cities including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Changsha, Chongqing, Jiyuan, Dali, Nantong, Changshu, Wuxi, Dezhou, Linyi, and Taiyuan. The unmanned minibus product has accumulated over 10 projects, involving more than 40 vehicles. MINIEYE's revenue from intelligent components and solutions in 2025 was 649 million yuan, accounting for approximately 85.5% of total revenue. Among them, the revenue from iSafety intelligent driving assistance was 341 million yuan, a decrease of 25% compared to 400 million yuan in the same period last year; the revenue from iPilot mid-to-high-level driving assistance was 120 million yuan, an increase of 39.0% year-on-year; MINIEYE's intelligent cockpit solutions achieved revenue of 188 million yuan in 2025, an increase of 80.2% compared to 104 million yuan in the same period last year, becoming an important engine for driving the company's business growth. As of the end of the reporting period, the company has served over 40 complete vehicle manufacturers, with 43 new designated projects added in 2025, including 12 new overseas projects, targeting various types of customers including independent, joint venture, and luxury brands, covering mature compliant markets such as the EU and Australia, as well as high-potential emerging markets like India and the Middle East. MINIEYE's gross profit for 2025 was 141 million yuan, an increase of 35% compared to 105 million yuan in the same period last year MINIEYE's operating loss for 2025 is HKD 414 million, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 400 million.
