MODERN LAND (01107.HK) announced that it will not be able to publish its full-year results for 2025 on or before March 31, 2026, mainly due to certain key audit procedures that have not been completed or require additional time to complete.
Trading of the company's shares will be suspended on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 AM on April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) until the announcement of the full-year results for 2025 is published
