JACOBSON PHARMA invested 600 million yuan to establish a factory in Tai Po

JACOBSON PHARMA (02633.HK) announced that it has signed an acceptance letter to confirm the contractor, Shui On, for the bidding of specific infrastructure development and specialized facility engineering at the Tai Po Innovation Park, with a total contract amount of approximately HKD 607 million.

The group stated that the contract amount will be funded through internal resources, government grants, and bank loans, and it is expected that the specific infrastructure development and specialized facility engineering will be completed within 745 calendar days starting from next Thursday (the 9th).

In 2025, the wholly-owned subsidiary Zhengmei Pharmaceuticals will acquire the dedicated pharmaceutical facility located at 7 Tai Hei Street, Tai Po Industrial Estate, intending to establish 10 new intelligent pharmaceutical production lines, covering sterile eye drops, solid dosage forms, and oral liquid medications. The facility will utilize AI and robot-driven production lines for sterile, solid, and oral liquid dosage forms, aiming to support efficient and high-quality production while meeting local and global healthcare demands.
