Currently, Jizhi Intelligence has established a customer base in vertical industries with high conversion rate requirements, such as finance, automotive, and education. RICHINFO's acquisition of Jizhi Intelligence can be seen as a substantial implementation of its strategic blueprint in the AI application sector. According to performance commitments, Jizhi Intelligence's cumulative net profit from 2026 to 2028 will not be less than 84 million yuan
