SINO OIL & GAS (00702.HK) announced that the joint and individual liquidators have been actively engaging in discussions with various parties to explore the possibility of restructuring the company and its subsidiaries. However, as of now, the company has not reached or signed any commitments or formal agreements regarding a potential restructuring.
The company's shares will be suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange starting from 10:50 AM on March 31, 2025, and will continue to be suspended until further notice
