Ho Bee Land founder Chai Tianbao's salary increased by 20% to 3.14 million yuan last year | Lianhe Zaobao

The founder of Singapore real estate developer Ho Bee Land, Chai Tianbao, received a salary of SGD 3.14 million for the fiscal year 2025, an increase of 18.7% compared to last year. His son, Chai Weicheng, earned SGD 2.26 million, a growth of 14.8%. Despite the salary increase, it remains far below the peak in 2016. The company's annual report shows that Chai Tianbao announced a succession plan in 2018, and Chai Weicheng was promoted to president in 2021. Additionally, two independent non-executive directors will step down after the annual general meeting. Ho Bee Land's net profit for the fiscal year 2025 was SGD 100.024 million, with revenue declining by 22%
