YUEXIU PROPERTY's contract sales in the first quarter reached RMB 17.206 billion, a decrease of 44.2%
YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) announced that in March, the contract sales (including joint venture projects) amounted to approximately RMB 10.1 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 43.9%; the contract sales area was 376,000 square meters, an increase of 8.5%.
In the first three months, the cumulative contract sales amounted to RMB 17.206 billion, a decrease of 44.2%, involving a sales area of 623,000 square meters, a decrease of 10.4%
