
Spot Gold Rises 1.3%
In late New York trading on Tuesday (April 7), spot gold rose 1.30% to $4709.73 per ounce. At 22:06 Beijing time, it fell to $4607.84, hitting a daily low, before continuously rising and reaching a daily high of $4718.41 near the close of US stock trading.
COMEX gold futures rose 1.11% to $4737.80 per ounce, with an intraday trading range of $4631.90-$4745.70.
Spot silver rose 0.28% to $73.0205 per ounce, after hitting a daily low of $69.8233 at 22:19.
COMEX silver futures rose 0.48% to $73.195 per ounce.
COMEX copper futures were flat at $5.5995 per pound.
Spot platinum fell 0.98%, and spot palladium fell 0.79%.
