Hon Hai's revenue last month increased by 45.6% year-on-year, requiring continuous attention to the impact of political and economic situations

The world's largest electronics contract manufacturer, Hon Hai, announced that its revenue for March was NT$ 803.738 billion, an increase of 34.9% month-on-month and 45.57% year-on-year, setting a record high for the same period in history. In the first quarter of this year, the revenue was NT$ 2.13 trillion, a decrease of 18.18% quarter-on-quarter but an increase of 29.68% year-on-year, also the highest for the same period in history.

Hon Hai stated that the second quarter is traditionally a slow season for information and communication technology (ICT), with major products entering a transition period between old and new products, but AI cabinets will continue to show a growth trend. Based on current visibility, it is estimated that the operational outlook for the second quarter will show both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year growth, but attention must still be paid to the impact of the changing global political and economic situation
